I have never seen such a poor job of customer manipulation, very unprofessional and unethical approch but a very weak buisness platform. Our waitress brought us our check but forgot to bring our Hot dogs. I saw plenty of management dressed in black comming through and doing the high fives with each other. Why use deceptive marketing practices, Maybe the director of marketing is ok with it. As a customer I was very dissapointed, Everyone in our group particapated and won tickets, I was thinking with all the 25 cent promo items they had displayed we were sure to win, winning is great! Right? Well at the end of it all they packed it all up without giving away anything. a Jersey, a scarf, a hotel stay, and a shirt. 'Lame' because they only did four drawings. Thw handed out hundreds of tickets, and put on simple games like darts, stacking cups, bean bag toss, ect. I walked in and saw a table full of givaways, hankies, hats, Shirts, Scarfs, the typical giveaway promos, some free from venders.
The tulalip casino sports bar 'The Draft' on game day is a joke as far as service and especially there game day entertainment. Betting on sports futures, props and lay bets.
